U Kini kažu da tai či predstavlja „Tao“, put savršenog čoveka zbog toga što svaki pokret i prirodno disanje u ovoj veštini stvaraju širenje i skupljanje, univerzalnu pulsaciju i harmoniju dualnosti – spontani krug uma i tela.

Uspešno, prirodno i harmonično kretanje tela kao celine u bilo kojoj disciplini, sportu, rekreaciji, plesu, slikarstvu, borilačkim veštinama, baletu, muzici i svemu ostalom što postoji, zavisi od osećaja i suptilnog proprioceptivnog sistema koji neprekidno usklađuju svaki delić našeg tela prema našim potrebama i na taj način omogućava da se savladaju sve složeniji pokreti te njihovo usavršavanje. Zbog te naše sposobnosti, možemo tokom celog života razvijati neuronske mreže koje podupiru veoma finu i savršenu kontrolu mišića.

Dakle, Luanhuan jue – tai či veština Spontanog kruga, predstavlja jedinstvo uma, osećaja i tela  te njihovu konekciju sa Poljem kroz slobodan plivajući pokret u sadašnjem trenutku. A telo u pokretu je kao lična karta, govori više od hiljadu reči o trenutnim mogućnostima pojedinca. Drugim rečima ova veština predstavlja umetnost sadašnjeg trenutka u praksi pošto telo nema mogućnost da obmanjuje te tako pokazuje trenutni nivo pojedinca, kroz sve njegove slabosti i vrline. Ova predivna veština nalazi svoju primenu u svim sferama svakodnevnog života i zbog toga mogu da je vežbaju svi bez obzira na godine i prethodno iskustvo kao odličan vid poboljšanja kvaliteta života. Veština Luanhuan jue pokazala se odlično u praksi te tako može da se preporuči svima kako sportistima tako i seniorima kao i ljudima izloženim velikom pritisku i svakodnevnom stresu. Kroz lagane fluidne pokrete praćene prirodnim disanjem spoznaćete na jedan potpuno jedinstven način dubinsku relaksaciju uma i tela.

Osnovna tri načela koja bi trebalo razumeti i pokazati kroz pravilan pokret:

*KONEKCIJA – ujedinjenje uma i tela, konekcija Čoveka sa rezonancom Zemlje i Neba.

*KOMUNIKACIJA – komunikacija unutrašnje rezonance Čoveka sa spoljašnjom – Poljem, komunikacija sa sobom i drugim ljudima.

*REZONANCA – se ostvaruje kroz jedinstvo uma i tela, slobodan pokret „plivajućeg tela“, kroz transformaciju haosa i nereda (u umu i telu) u mir, red i savršenstvo, spoznajom i osećajem viših i finijih rezonanci.

Kratka forma koju praktikujemo na časovima nastala je kao rezultat velikog iskustva dugog preko pedeset godina kroz posvećeno učenje i podučavanje našeg učitelja Maria Topolšeka. Povodom toga citiraćemo njegove reči: „Kada sam počeo da vežbam i čuan, moje znanje i poznavanje veštine tai či se podiglo na viši nivo frekvencije. To znanje mi je pomoglo da sastavim kratku formu tai čija, koja u svakom trenutku svog pokreta sadrži davno zaboravljenu izvornu esenciju ove takođe velike veštine – tačku mira, konekciju Čoveka i Polja. Pokrete nisam izmišljao, jer sve već postoji, samo sam koristio svoje znanje, iskustvo i mogućnost da iz već postojećeg uzmem ono najbolje!“. The Art of the Tai Chi Spontaneus Circle

In China they say that tai chi is “Tao”, the path of the perfect man because every movement and natural breathing create expansion and contraction, the universal pulsation and harmony of duality – a spontaneous circle of the body and mind.

Successful, natural, and harmonious movements of the whole body in any discipline (sports, leisure, dance, painting, martial arts, music, etc.) depend on our feeling and the subtle proprioceptive system which works all the time to harmonize ever part of our body according to our needs. Because of this, we are able to learn complex movements and to perfect them. This ability means that for as long as we are living we can develop the neural connections that support the subtle control of muscles.

The Luanhuan Yue Taichi Art of the Spontaneous Circle is the unification of mind, feeling and the body and their connection with the Field through a free, floating movement performed in the present moment. The moving body is like an ID card: it tells a complete story about our present capabilities. In other words, this art represents the art of the present moment put into practice because the body cannot lie and obscure a person’s weaknesses.

This beautiful art can be applied in all areas of life and can be practiced by all, regardless of age and previous experience. For this reason, it is a wonderful means to improve our quality of life. This art can be practiced by athletes as well as the elderly and is particularly beneficial to people exposed to everyday stress and pressure. Its fluid, gentle movements, accompanied by natural breathing, will help you experience a unique, deep relaxation of body and mind.

There are three basic principles that we should understand and manifest through our movement:

CONNECTION – the unity of body and mind; Man connected with the vibration of Earth and the Sky.

COMMUNICATION – between the inner vibration of Man and the outer vibration of the Field; communication with ourselves and with others.

RESONANCE – achieved through the unity of body and mind; it is the free movement of the “swimming body”; the transformation of chaos and disorder (in body and mind) into peace, order, perfection; realizing and feeling higher, subtler vibrations.

The short form that we practice in our lessons was the fruit of over fifty years of experience and dedicated practice of our Master, Mario Topolšek. In Master Topolšek’s own words: “When I started practicing Yi Quan, my knowledge and understanding of Tai Chi rose to a higher frequency. This knowledge helped me  create a short Tai Chi form, a form which contains in every movement the long-forgotten essence of this great art – the point of peace and connection between Man and the Field. I did not have to invent movements because they already existed. I only used my knowledge, experience and abilities to take the best from an already existing source!”

The name of the short form we practice draws inspiration from times long forgotten; when the original art of Tai Chi had only a few movements and still contained the essence and knowledge. This old form was called the “Rotational Form of the Old Tree”.
